We prepare your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country.

Our registered office is located at:

Most orders are shipped from our international logistics center, which allows us to keep products in stock and ensure fast dispatch.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

One item is missing from my order, what should I do?

No worries!
Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability or warehouse location.

The rest of your order will arrive shortly.


I haven’t received my order — what should I do?
